The pouch is a holding place for symbols and the meaning or belief behind them. Each pouch is an original art piece, hand painted and sewn featuring hand carved symbols.

Shinto has always been putting the power of the gods in small packets or on wood symbols believing it would bring protection to its owner. Shinto values of respect for nature and oneself emphasizes harmony and connection to your surroundings. The symbol has been painted with Kanji characters for travel safety. The meaning and written form of a word has power to shape reality.
